Returns

Due to the nature of our products that are customized and printed with images provided by you, the customer, we do not allow returns of customized products. These products cannot be reused or resold by us.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@biaspics.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will likely request digital photos of the issue to assist our evaluation.


Refunds

In the case that there is an issue with your product, we will replace the product to your satisfaction. If we are unable to replace the product to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund.

You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at hello@biaspics.com.

⏱️ The "We Know You're Waiting" Promise — If your order hasn't shipped within 10 business days, we'll automatically refund 10% of your order total. No need to chase us — we'll handle it.
